The website content (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, trademarks and any other form of content) is protected and belongs to the Croatian Pension Insurance Company d.d. (hereinafter: the Company). As an exception, it may contain information, data or links to other websites created by third parties and such content may be the property of third parties concerned. By using the Company's website, users accept these General Terms of Use and agree to use it accordingly. The data published on the Company's website may be used for own, non-commercial purposes with respect to any copyrights and proprietary rights and third-party rights. Any recording, copying, distribution, publication or use for commercial purposes is prohibited.

The Company may enable the user to communicate with the Company via chat, email or other forms of communication only for the purposes provided and determined by the Company, such as inquiries about services and filing a complaint. The user of the communication may not use or misuse such communication for the exchange of prohibited, immoral, threatening or political content that infringes copyright, contains viruses or other malicious programs or may otherwise adversely affect the operating systems of the Company or other persons. If the user misuses the communication in the described manner, the Company will immediately terminate the communication with them.

The Company will not be held liable for the user's inability to access the Internet, or if the website content cannot be opened in some parts of the Republic of Croatia or abroad. The Company does not warrant that third-party websites are free of viruses or malware. The Company will not be held liable for the user's inability to access the website due to force majeure or similar circumstances not resulting from the Company's activities or resulting from those beyond its control. The Company will be held liable for ordinary damages only.

The Company retains the right to amend the General Terms of Use and other content published on the Company's website. Any amendments thereto will be made public, together with the date of their entry into force. By using the Company's website, the users confirm that they are familiar with and agree to the General Terms of Use. Valid Croatian regulations apply to the interpretation, implementation and legal effects of any consents, exclusions and terms of use of the website. Competence for resolving any disputes that may arise from the implementation of these General Terms of Use or the Company's website shall be settled before a competent court in the Republic of Croatia.
